Villa Eboracum is a recently renovated property located in a commanding position within the Monte Pego urbanisation, a mountainside development of luxury villas just ten minutes by car from the seaside town and regional gourmet capital of Denia. The villa enjoys stunning views across the mountains, sea and the Marjal Wetlands natural park. The sunsets have to be seen to be believed!
The AP7 motorway is just a few minutes drive away making the journey time to both Alicante and Valencia International Airports just an hour and ten minutes.
We are happy to provide an extra daily/midweek/weekly cleaning service should you require it at an extra cost.

The villa was amazing, we had a warm friendly welcome from Greg, he explained everything, and gave us a tour to familiarise ourselves with the surroundings, and contact numbers where provided should we have any problems, luckily we didn't need them.The pool was really beautiful with breath taking views of the sea and mountains. All the equipment in the villa was to a very high standard, it was homely and well stocked with the essentials that you might need.You definitely need a car to get out and about, but we loved the area and there were plenty of amenities close by once we found them.We would not hesitate in recommending the villa to family and friends

Every thing as advertised and stated in reviews was true. Greg was the perfect host. Welcome pack was very welcome after a long journey. Wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay.

Honestly this villa was PERFECTION! From start to finish, booking was easy with a prompt acceptance and helpful info from Agata, to kind communication from Thomas throughout and Thomas leaving us essentials, with indulgent beverages when we arrived on Sunday as nothing was opened. Truely, this type of extra detail is everything. The villa is purpose built so the layout was ideal, spacious living room, dining section, great kitchen with everything you need, comfy beds and 2 bathrooms, gas BBQ and the super comfortable dining sofa area outside to enjoy all meals throughout the day with the most magical sunsets and views. The only downside was the holiday was too short!!We cannot thank you enough, we most definitely will be returning. Thank you again for everything.

Stayed in this excellent villa in May 2025. Good communication with owners, villa was very clean and had everything you need for a great holiday. It is in a quiet villa complex and a car is definitely required.
