Great location inside and outside the apartment.

Very nice location close to the Versailles castle; okay access to public transport to Paris. Amazing restaurants and shops nearby. Kitchen with everything you need, nice shower and toilet facilities. Great price for value! Would book again!

The breakfast near the reception (which we did not book/have) looked somewhat small and mediocre for the price. The way up the building does by far not look as good as the apartments themselves. If the "don't disturb sign" is not hung outside, roomservice will come in and clean (which we were not informed about).

I like the area at Satory street and the cleanliness of room and it’s cosiness, very nice strong shower and nice wooden floors

The Wi-Fi did not work at all even if I told the guys from Hotel Angleterre (where I picked up the keys) about it but didn’t do anything… 🙁

Memorable and so close to Versailles.

It was perfectly located for our visit to Versailles. The view out on the street seemed like a classic Paris experience. It looks out onto a street with lots of stores and shops. The kitchenette, bathrooms, and beds were convenient and easy to use.

The door to one room was tricky to open. The rooms were up on the third floor and we had a lot of luggage.

Outstanding

Location was superb. Accessing the apartment really straightforward. It was lovely and warm, and spacious. Felt very secure and private. Having the kitchenette was really useful - though if I'd been planning to properly self cater, there wasn't much kitchen equipment. But we'd have got by fine. As it was there are so many wonderful places to eat nearby - best by far was the Bistro du 11 downstairs. Michelin food and service at high end Bistro prices. For breakfast the bakery down the road did the most amazing Pain chocolat Amande which were out of this world. Shortish walk from the train station, very easy to walk into Versailles grounds plus the palace itself on the day we booked. Nice to stroll the gardens at the end of the day when most tourists were leaving. Bed and bedding were great. Local noise quietened down at 11ish. Nice to have a decent sofa as well. The shower was also really good.

Tiniest thing - the hot water ran out one morning after my wife took a particularly long shower, and it wasn't warm enough for me even an hour later. No big deal though. Every other time was fine and hot for both of us.

A lovely, clean, and perfectly situated in Versailles!!

The property was clean and had amenities. We faced the court yard so it had a breeze, it had a mini washer and we needed that! It had a microwave, a kettle, etc. it was very clean and comfortable and the location was absolutely PERFECT!!

The narrow stairs and luggage but we managed. Large bags are prob not a good thing.

Value for money if you are going to Palace of Versaiile and out most of the day

For this property it is all about the location. A 5 minute walk to The Palace of Versaille; and lots of restaurants outside the front door. The front door had a key code and felt secure. The shower was very powerful.

The bed was a smallish double - but comfortable. No aircon. Up some steep stairs on the 2nd floor. Not the largest room overall.

Nice stay in Versailles information on rooms could have been better

The rooms were a good size and well-located walking distance to all the sightseeing venues.

Not enough information on the location of the rooms from the hotel, we were in another building away from the main hotel. Difficult to locate and the procedure to obtain the keys not clear. Also, no lift available had to use steep stairs to access the rooms with our bags

Loved the brilliant location, quality of reception, equipment and styling of the loft apartment. Beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. :)

Comfortable and spacious

Very clean and spacious. The windows were very cool. Old fashioned shutters and locking mechanisms. Washer worked well and shower was very nice - rain faucet. Pull out bed was easy and comfortable. Very close to the palace. Not controllable by the owners, but there are pubs below and was often noisy until 2am. Wasn't a big deal for us but just in case that matters for you.

Wifi was unsecure and required constant logging in. Worked ok but didn't feel comfortable using it for banking etc. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wasn't an issue for us but just FYI if this is important.

The apartment is well located close to the Versailles palace, on a street with many restaurants. The check-in is made at a nearby hotel with the same ownership. The apartment has most basic amenities that are needed for a short stay.

The bathroom sink had no water trap so the sewage gases were entering the bathroom unless the sink drain was closed with a plug after each usage. The couch was smelly. The room lacks design. Only one apartment key was available although we were two persons.

Overall good stay

Nice apartment with no elevator. 4 of us stayed in this property and felt a bit tight to move around with 2 beds.

The biggest issues are temperature and Hot water matter. First night there were only 2 people ended up having warm shower and we all woke up cold as temperature was set at 18.5. The 2nd night the temperature was ok, but the hot water issue still exists. For 4-people, this property might not be the best choice. And property is facing pedestrian street which restaurants and bars opened passing 2/3AM in the morning. Pretty noisy!
