Everything was wonderful! All the attention to detail was exceptional. Everything has been finished to a very high standard. The bed was heavenly to sleep in - shower wonderful, and the mammoth bath was a real treat. It was so warm and cosy and the log burner is a brilliant addition that just topped everything off!!

A little confusion to start as we'd expected there to be a key box, but we had to collect the keys from the restaurant as told by a neighbour, but it was no bother.

Great open plan space nicely designed and location is great.
Hamper nice touch.
Very BAD smell of damp in bedroom!
Strong odour and foist smell made it uncomfortable to sleep so much so we checked out a day earlier!
Bins not emptied on arrival… filthy inside.
No washing machine for self catering property… no brush or dustpan to clean up floor.
No wine or water left as described in welcome pack.
Pillows smelt of foist and sweat.
You can see rising damp in main living room and advised to keep windows open due to old cottage.
