Great location, comfortable place to stay.
It wasn’t warm enough in the cottage. Electric fire place in the lounge wasn’t working all the time and the lounge didn’t feel cosy. For that reason I would not stay there again in colder months, but would definitely book again in a summer time.
1 toilet roll in the bathroom was left for us for 5 days
In the kitchen we found remains of washing up liquid
It isn’t great to start holiday from big Asda shop to keep the place clean.

Great location
Very steep & narrow stairs to the kitchen, lots of lack of maintenance issues, I.e. black mould, intermittent heating, hard bed that kept trying to tip me out. Bad damp in the upstairs shower room ( we didn’t use it ).
No coffee mcn even when I had emailed asking before the trip.
Tired & stained areas.
Broken & patched window in the second bedroom.
