A fabulous visit in an amazing flat -- we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sweet Caroline. It's tucked away but within a few yards of the harbor and main street/walkway. Very private and quiet. The assortment of goodies -- a bit of wine, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies, etc. -- was lovely and so above and beyond our expectations. We came to Mousehole on the recommendation of our son and dauther-in-law, who lived in England for nearly four years, and were not disappointed. Our stay at Sweet Caroline made it all the more memorable.

If you have a car (we did), the parking can be a bit tricky. But with excellent advice from our hosts, we managed to easily find a spot in one of the public car parks that was only a short walk (1-2 minutes) away. We were there in late September, so the car parks were fairly full but manageable. I'm guessing that during the summer season, parking could be more challenging.

Amazing location in a beautiful part of the world. Very comfortable bed and bedding and fab facilities. Loved all the choccies, biccies and wine - such treats to enjoy during the stay. Communication from hosts was fab.

Cute studio in the centre of town

Very modern and comfortable. Nice owners. Nice touches like milk in the fridge for coffee and porridge pots left for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Sweet Caroline was very pleasant accommodation for our 2 day stay in Mousehole

Location was good with easy to access to other areas of the village. We didn't expect breakfast, but packets of Oatmeal were provided, whether you like the breakfast will vary from person to person. Other snacks were also provided which was kind of the owners

Shower seemed a bit complicated to turn off. Could have done with some simple instructions.

lovely cosey little venue very close to all amenities and in particular the beach

There were little extra touches we weren't expecting - tea/coffee/biscuit's/milk/loo rolls a little wine to get us started plus some breakfast items etc. Hosts lovely and helpful

The advert said there was parking which we interpreted as being part of the premises (i.e included) when in fact it is a chargeable facility in the harbour. This wasn't a problem but could have been clearer

Perfectly nestled in the heart of mousehole, this property has everything needed for a short or long visit to Cornwall. The studio was exceptionally clean throughout, fully equipped with all necessities, as well as a card for myself and loads of welcoming goodies such as wine, coffee and snacks. Thankyou Karen and Alan, your are fantastic hosts.

Great place to stay in in beautiful Mousehall

Porridge, milk and treats were great and the bed was amazing and the location perfect

As expected, driving through Mousehall was scary but we did manage to park in the South carpark on both days.

We loved our stay in Sweet Caroline cottage and Mousehole.

Accomodation was quite small approx 23 sqm but you could not want more. Every thing you could think you would need was included in the apartment. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and we absolutely loved our stay. Alan and Karen were superb hosts and We only wish we had more time in Mousehole to get to know them better. Location excellent. Would definitely recommend you stay in Sweet Caroline cottage, Mousehole. We stayed 4 nights and explored other villages daily at Marazion and St Michael’s Mount, St Ives and took in a show at Minnack theatre. Such a pleasant stay in a beautiful village.

Wonderfully relaxed and exceptionally comfortable.

Thank you Karen and Alan, we loved Sweet Caroline from the ease of entry to the thoughtful touches and beautifully maintained studio. The location was stunning, very central to the village and local eateries. Parking was very close and inexpensive. I am a very fussy sleeper and generally don’t sleep well in a new bed however this was, without a doubt, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in (apart from my own). The studio was very well equipped with everything you’d need from a short to a long stay, the added extras of tea, coffee, milk, and snacks were really welcome after a long day. Highly recommended and would love to stay again.

A fantastic and relaxing holiday cottage

We were welcomed with a nice card and some wine, and the hosts had provided milk and cereal for breakfast. The cottage was fresh and clean, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The direction to the car park and the cottage was spot on and very helpful, and the recommended eating places were very good. The location was very quiet, far away from busy traffic.

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in.

The lovely touches such as the chocolates on the nightstand and towels. Beach towels and chairs were there for our use as was soap and moisturizer as well as shampoo and conditioner. Everything was high quality from the bedding and towels to the furnishings. They even left snacks and a couple of individual bottles of wine as well as milk tea and coffee. It was so comfortable and so very close to the harbor, beautifully furnished and an extremely clever use of space.

Wonderful holiday home, in a beautiful village!

This is a rare find in Mousehole in our experience - a couples only holiday home, which had more than enough space for us, and every facility that we could need or want including an uber comfy bed! Alan and Karen are kindness itself, and gave us loads of really helpful information about the area in general and Mousehole in particular. Having said that, Sweet Caroline is independent of the host home, and so a private space, beautifully decorated and appointed, and provided everything we could have wanted from a break. Highly recommended!!

A peaceful stay in a immaculate studio.

This studio was perfect for a stay in Mousehole. Centrally located, it was easy to walk around the village. Sweet Caroline was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There were amenities included that went above and beyond - picnic chairs and beach towels among them. The tea, coffee, cereal and snacks left ( not to mention the milk in the fridge ) was a thoughtful touch. We would not hesitate to recommend this studio to someone looking to stay in the area.
