Stock up with paper products and did not give me correct code for laundry room

Location is great!! The size of the unit was great.
The room had some issues as follows:
The pullout couch was broken and frame bent
No sheets for pullout couch
No fitted sheet on the king bed, a twin sheet was laid over the mattress pad
Headboard was layed against the wall and was not attached to queen bed.

Nice large unit in great location and good views.
Entry code did not work and it took too long to contact support through Booking.com to leave message for the local manager offsite. Once she called, it took many tries to find a workable code. Many things were a problem with the unit. The good news is the manager was able to solve many of the issues. We reported that the microwave blew the circuit breaker when on and the fridge kicked on, because they were on the same 110 volt plug. Manager called electrician who confirmed it should be on 220 volt plug and was going to notify the owner. We solved the problem by unplugging the fridge when we used the microwave.
