1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We went to attend the Shrimp Festival and wanted to be within walking distance of event. This place was perfect for that. The unit was very fresh and everything was very intentional. It is a small unit but the updates were very well done.

Condo was excellent. Very clean and updated. It had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Location was amazing, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This condo is super cute, decorated very nice, great location! We only had one issue, but it was a pretty big one. The beds are crazy hard. So much so that they reminded me of the fake store displays for bedding. After a long day of traveling, you just want a comfy place to land, unfortunately, this wasn’t it. (Even our teenager complained about how hard they were.)
Update those beds and we’ll happily book again!
It was otherwise great!
