Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

My family and I had an amazing time, and I absolutely love the location! It was so close to all the best restaurants we could walk to. We’d definitely book again, and I’m already planning to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break trip! The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking easy and convenient.The property management and security were both excellent—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the location. It was easy to walk to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and attractions.Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Place was clean. Was exactly as described. Right on the beach; just steps away. Super close to stores & restaurants (walking distance). A 5 min walk to The Hangout. If I HAD to find something to "complain" about it would be the beach umbrella....heavy & difficult to keep it standing... that's about it in the complaint department. Would definitely re-book next trip to Gulf Shores.
