The completely renovated condo (IWE-702) offers guests character inside and out with gorgeous, natural-looking ceramic wood tile flooring throughout and wood beam accents on the ceilings that give it a unique design and inviting atmosphere.

· Living area with 55-inch Smart TV with Dish Network and HDMI DVD player that can be enjoyed on the high-end Queen sofa sleeper and recliner.
· Fully equipped kitchen updated with Quartz countertops with classy tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and a wide breakfast bar that seats two.
· Cozy dining table for four (two chairs and a cushioned bench) overlooking the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows.
· Master bedroom with a King-size bed and rustic wooden headboard and a 39-inch flatscreen TV with Dish Network.
Additional storage space in closet with custom woodwork.

Please Note: Two parking passes are permitted most of the year; however, onsite parking is limited to one parking pass per unit, regardless of size, during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival in early October. Additional parking available offsite.
Island Winds East is located two blocks west of State Hwy. 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We have no complaints about the condo. We had everything we needed and everything was clean

We were in gulf shores for baseball, but mixed in a vacation too. My condo was the more updated one in the building compared to the other baseball families who also rented in this same building. The condo was clean and having an ice machine in the building was really great. The beach was an easy walk & our condo had a perfect view. The reason for the 4 star rating was the size of the condo was much smaller than we expected. The pictures online made it seem like there was more space. The bathrooms are so small, there’s no place for towels other than the side of the vanity sink. There is very little closet space and storage, so our suitcases were in the floor and we were stepping over them all week. The sheets were also like paper, and those are provided by Brett Robison, so guessing the whole building has the same issue.
The condos do cost a bit less than others that have more space, so if price a concern, this condo isn’t a bad choice if you need to choose one in this building.

This Islands Winds East unit was very comfey and homey. The proximity to the beach is awesome. The only issue we had was the awful cat urine smell in the master bedroom. I spoke with someone in the office about it and they said they have worked tirelessly to get to the bottom of it. Personally, I don't feel it's fair to rent a unit with such an issue. I have pets and I understand how odors can become such a thing. I ended up buying a essential oil diffuser which made sleeping in there more tolerable but towards the end of the week I ended up going to the other bedroom that my sister was using. The unit itself is very well appointed.
