About this house rental
A relaxing beach retreat with a peaceful view of the pond. Enjoy bird watching and fishing and right outside your back door. There are two bedrooms; master with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with two single beds. The couch is a new sleeper queen sofa. The living area is bright and beachy with a full-sized kitchen. Home amenities include; a refrigerator , range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, small washer/dryer, two flat screen TVs (with internet), central air and off-street parking for two vehicles.
The courtyard is fenced in with patio furniture consisting of six chairs, table and umbrella. A gas grill is also provided for renter’s convenience.
Assateague Pointe is a gated community with 24-hr security. It offers use of two large pools, 1500-foot fishing and crabbing pier, volley ball, basketball, game room, Wi-Fi, etc. The community is centrally located only 10 minutes from Assateague beach, Ocean City beach, board walk, go-carts, restaurants, and shopping outlets. The community is also located next to the newly renovated Frontier Town water park and theme park. Come and take our beach retreat for a test run … you will enjoy every minute.

Wonderful place to stay. Loved the pond view. Plenty of sleeping areas. Very clean. Quiet location. Rob and Lisa are quick to respond to questions and requests. One hour earlier check in was nice compared to comparable properties. Hoping to make this our annual place to stay.

We were very happy with the accommodations, everything was as promised. House is very neat and clean. Very quiet, peaceful setting on the pond. We would stay here again.

Very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was not as firm as I would have liked. We enjoyed our stay and would reserve again.
