Harbor Breeze is located in the downtown area of Ocean City on 5th street and bayside, within walking distance of many amenities including the newly built 3rd street park (fenced in basketball court and pickleball courts with lights, skateboard park, playground and walking path with access to the fishing pier and views of the beautiful OC sunsets over the bay), the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, several nearby restaurants and bars, as well as water attractions. Unit 56 is a 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom condominium featuring a fully-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) for meal preparation, wall heat and air conditioning units, 2 upgraded smart Roku TV's (50" in living room and 32" in bedroom along with a DVD player). This unit also provides YouTube TV along with Roku TV channels for your viewing pleasure. Streaming other sites (Netflix, Apple TV, Prime) is available by signing into your own accounts. High speed (1 Gigabyte/1024 MB) secured internet provided by Xfinity.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, this condo provides two double beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bath includes a shower/tub with a magnetic handheld shower head, as well as a tub grab bar if needed. Note 1 parking pass if provided for the Harbor Breeze parking lot located at the corner of 5th street and St. Louis Avenue. Additional street parking is available. Nearby laundry facilities if needed are located on 8th street or in West Ocean City. Rental of this condo at Harbor Breeze includes access to a private outdoor pool (in season) for Harbor Breeze and Parrot Bay guests located across the street. Includes 2 outdoor chairs for guest use on front walkway. Property rents mini weeks or full weeks with a Sunday or Thursday check in/out day.
Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets/pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Location of the property was really great in relation to the boardwalk, shops, food, and the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood, and great proximity for the air show too! The full kitchen was amazing, and very spacious for the size. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

It was clean , and the kitchen had everything like spoons, pans, plates , forks ,cups. Very quiet and safe area. I absolutely loved the private pool. I will be coming back with my family again I recommend harbor breeze for a good stay
