The Space:
Located in the luxury resort community of Lajitas Texas, 906 Rio Vista is the ultimate home base for your Big Bend vacation. This newly remodeled riverside two-bedroom condo is just a short walk from Black Jack’s Crossing golf course, the Lajitas boardwalk shops, Candelilla Cafe, Thirsty Goat Saloon, Agave Spa, and the Rio Grande River. The backyard features a large shaded patio and a brand new, four-person hot tub, wood fire pit, propane fire table, comfortable tables and chairs, and breathtaking views of mountains and the Rio Grande River. There are countless reasons to vacation in Lajitas. Come out as soon as you can, but don’t be in a hurry to leave. Once you arrive, you will not want to leave.

The Rio Grande river basin is directly behind the backyard. The river itself is sometimes in view and sometimes not, depending on the water level and seasonal variations in the riverside vegetation. When the river is high, you can see and hear it. Wildlife, especially birds, that are attracted to the river add to the sights and sounds from the backyard and hot tub. There is also a small pond in front of the property.

At busy times, during private events, or at the whim of resort staff, Lajitas Resort may limit access to the golf course, bar, restaurants, or other resort amenities and only serve resort guests. We recommend that guests check with Lajitas Resort to verify access to any resort amenities they may plan to utilize.

The house is a two-bedroom, two bath luxury condominium with a comfortable living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and an amazing backyard with a shaded porch, fire features, four person hot-tub, and breathtaking views of the Rio Grande, mountains, and into Mexico.
