About this apartment rental
How about a wonderful, relaxing vacation on the beach in Southern California? We have a 1 bedroom condo available for daily, weekly or monthly vacation rentals all year long.
*** We just finished a major remodel at the condo with new flooring, new windows, completely repainted the inside of the condo, new screen slider. The outside of the C building was remodeled and repainted as well ***

Where:
Oceanside is in Northern San Diego County about 30 miles north of San Diego airport and 90 miles south of Los Angeles airport. The condominium complex is on the beach between the Oceanside pier and the marina. Amtrak, the Metrolink and the Coaster provide daily service to and from the Oceanside train station.
Amenities:
The complex amenities include two heated swimming pools, two Jacuzzi’s, gas barbeques, games room, laundry room, private underground reserved parking, lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls.
The Beach:
The beach is perfect for kids for wading, boogie boarding, and building sand castles. Also, the waves in front of the complex are great for surfing. Sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and surf boards are available in each unit.

1 Bedroom unit
The 1 bedroom unit is a ground level unit, which gives easy access to the beach. It is on the street level which allows for easy loading and unloading. There is a large patio with its own barbeque. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet, and a TV. The couch folds out in the living room and there are two rollup foam sleeping pads as well.
The living room has a gas fireplace, a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a computer with internet access and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender, food processor, toaster oven, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, cups, etc. Again, there are beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards and surfboards for you to use during your stay.

Condo was right on the street which made loading and unloading luggage super easy and fast. But you also get the street noise and less security; can’t really leave the windows or doors open for a breeze at night. There were some break-ins at other condos while we were there which definitely made me think more about the street and the location of the condo. Although clean, it could use some upgrades around the place. Bathroom and bedroom doors didn’t lock, we were invaded by ants in the kitchen and bedrooms throughout the stay, but luckily it was equipped with ant spray which helped when our stuff was covered in ants. Kitchen was lacking some basics like cookie sheets which we had to purchase. Beds were not super comfortable. We have stayed here before and love the amenities. Great pool and hot tub. Beach is fantastic. The communication with the owner was great and fast which I really appreciated. Also, they have lots of fans which was great. Over all a good experience and I loved to sit out on the porch. Thanks for the stay!
