Welcome to our beautiful ocean view condo at North Coast Village, Unit D-109, in Oceanside, California!
First and foremost, we want you to know that this is our personal vacation home, not a typical rental property. Our family uses and enjoys this condo ourselves, and we take great pride in keeping it exceptionally clean, comfortable, updated, and well-maintained. When you stay here, we want you to feel like you are staying in a beautiful home away from home.
Unbeatable Location & Ocean Views
Our condo is located in the D Building, the building closest to the ocean, and is the second condo in from the end. From the condo, you can enjoy beautiful west-facing ocean views, with views of the pool just off to the right.
At night, you can relax and listen to the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach. There is something incredibly peaceful about falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to the coastal breeze.
North Coast Village is a beautiful, resort-like community located right on the beach in Oceanside, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing family vacation, romantic getaway, seasonal stay, or extended visit.

Our condo has been beautifully decorated with the colors and feel of the ocean in mind. We have paid attention to the little details that make a vacation stay special.
The kitchen features upgraded slab granite countertops, white cabinetry, and everything you need for everyday living, including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen essentials.
We also added a convenient door from the bedroom into the bathroom sink area, providing additional privacy and functionality.
The condo features gorgeous tile flooring throughout the kitchen, dining area, hallway, and bathroom, with comfortable carpeting in the living room and bedroom. The living room includes a cozy fireplace and mirrored walls that help make the space feel even larger and brighter.
From the décor inspired by the colors of the sea and sand to the comfortable furnishings and high-thread-count linens, we have tried to make sure that no creature comfort has been overlooked.
Enjoy the Coastal Breeze
Our condo has three ceiling fans, and the wonderful ocean breeze helps keep the condo comfortable throughout the year. During the cooler months, you can cozy up by the electric fireplace, use the wall heaters, and enjoy our soft throws while listening to the waves outside.
Whether you're spending the day at the beach, exploring Oceanside Harbor, relaxing by the pool, or simply enjoying the view from our condo, we hope you will love North Coast Village as much as our family does.
A Note About the Coastal Climate
Please note that our condo does not have air conditioning. Like most condos at North Coast Village, D-109 relies on the cool coastal breeze. We have three ceiling fans, and opening the windows and doors allows the ocean air to flow through the condo. Summer can occasionally bring warmer days along with some coastal humidity.
Because we are right by the ocean, there may occasionally be a slight coastal/damp odor, especially during humid weather. You may also notice a few more ants or mosquitoes during the warmer months. We have the condo professionally treated before summer to help minimize these issues.
We simply want our guests to know what to expect and enjoy the beautiful coastal environment that makes North Coast Village so special!
Our Home — Your Vacation
We purchased D-109 as a vacation home for our family to enjoy, and we rent it when we aren't using it ourselves. Because this is our personal vacation home, we take great pride in maintaining it and keeping it exceptionally clean and welcoming for our guests. Is everything always perfect? No—but we always strive to make it the very best it can be and hope you love our home as much as we do!
We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Beach items, boogie boards, chairs, and other outdoor equipment should be cleaned of sand and thoroughly rinsed before being brought back into the condo. If additional cleaning is required because items or the condo are not left in the condition in which they were found, an additional cleaning charge may apply.
If you are looking for a beautiful, well-maintained vacation home that feels more personal than a typical rental, we would love to have you stay with us!

The condo was perfect for our visit with our son and grandson. Great location with all of the amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi and the short walk to the sand.

Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable, has everything you need. Close walking distance to the beach. Host was very responsive. Property amenities were great too (pool, gym, etc).

The king bed was good. Our kids don’t like blow up mattresses so the slept on the couch cushions on the floor which worked well for us. The pull out bed is not decent which is why they have the blow up.
The pool was great and the hot tub was fun!
The couch is quite uncomfortable to sit on but if you are active and out and about it doesn’t matter much. The place was super clean and pretty quiet.
Our kids enjoyed feeding the Koi fish in the pond.
More than one dish towel would be nice but we cooked a ton and had lots of dishes to dry which I imagine most people eat out more than we did so it may not matter to others.
It seems this complex may struggle with ants. Our relatives stayed in the building next to ours and had them too. We found some ant spray and used it and they didn’t come back. The complex sprays weekly a sign said. It wasn’t a big deal once we found the spray to take care of them.
Internet was fast and TV worked good. This unit is great for a couple or people with a couple kids younger than 10 or if you like a blow up mattress then older kids too. The owner was wonderful to work with! She is very friendly and helpful.
A map to the patrol office would be helpful for after hours check in. We got a bit lost but called the owner and she helped us find it.
This unit doesn’t get direct Sun at any point of the day. It would be good for summertime. We went in December during a cold snap so some direct sun would have been nice but not a big deal.
The beach chairs are nice and there was tons of sand toys our kids loved! They have totes of toys in the closet, most for kiddos under 7 but nice they have them.
We would stay there again and really enjoyed our trip!
