Brewster family home newly available for rental: 3 bedroom, 2 bath + finished basement (sleeps up to 8). House is on the Cape Cod bike trail; 12-15 mins walk to Linnell landing beach (0.65 mile) and 5 minutes walk to Nickerson state park. Fully furnished with comfortable memory foam mattresses, well equipped kitchen, new washer/dishwasher, weber natural gas grill, split ACs, outdoor shower, wooden deck with ample outdoor seating & in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly located and easy to access the bike trail. The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely consider renting this house again

5 adults with a 2 and 4 year old. Close to bike trail, toys and games for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Lots of stuff for cooking. Owners are vegetarian so no lobster pot or utensils. We always bring our own anyway! AC units worked very well.
