Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped. Well situated with lots of restaurants and shops in surrounding streets. About 12 minute walk to main areas,ideal for walking to either Los Cristianos of Las Americas. Lovely sunny balcony. Could maybe do with some new sunbeds.

The apartment is as in the pictures. Nice views over the City and to the mountains. Air con is great. We had problems with the gym door, but the owner quickly organised lock smith to repair it. Unfortunately most of the gym equipments were in bad shape and did not work. Living room TV is pretty much useless and outdated, smart TV would be nice with Netflix etc. Wifi was great and sufficient and since there is a good Internet connection in the apartment smart TV would work nicely.

Beautiful apartment, clean and complete with everything; The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the top is the gas grill, where you can have wonderful dinners between friends. Very convenient and useful the gym located on the first floor and usable by all the condos. Under the house there is a 24h, but a few minutes walk there is a very cheap supermarket. A 5 minute walk to Las Vistas beach, very nice and not too crowded. For young people in the neighborhoods there is the district of Sant'Elmo where you can find many locales, while a 30 minute walk is the Tenerife movida with countless local and fun. All in all one of the best holidays ever made, very pleased, I would recommend it to everyone, I will be back for sure! Roberto

The apartment is lovely and airy with good air con in the main living area and master bedroom. The towels provided could probably do with being replaced but they were clean and we washed them in the machine regularly. Also home with a suitcase of clean clothes so that was a result. There are 150 channels on the TV but the English speaking ones were BBC World and the news ones. Slightly disappointed there was no BBC or ITV. That said it meant we never watched it. A Bluetooth speaker would be a good addition. Overall very happy and the owner did everything to help us. Thank you Margarita
