Beautiful views over Los Cristianos

Homely family apartment with WiFi, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos and the popular Vista Beach and Playa de Los Cristianaos Beach. The beach has golden sands with all the usual amenities such as sun loungers, life guard station, volley ball courts, toilets etc. The sea is gently sloping and shallow providing plenty of paddling and swimming. It is safely divided from boats and a roped line of buoys prevents access to the wider sea. Alternatively if you are after some livelier waves for surfing, the Los Americas Beach is only about 20 minutes walk along the promenade towards Los Americas.

Nearby there are lots of lovely bars and international restaurants offering local dishes and a wide variety of cuisine to suit all tastes. The nearest airport Tenerife South is a 25 minute car journey or about 30 minutes on the local bus with a 10 minute walk from the main Los Cristianos bus station to the apartment. A taxi fare is approximately 25 Euros and the bus fare is about 5 Euros. Each of which can be found just outside the airport terminal. The bus numbers which get you to Los Cristianos are the 111 and 343.

The two bedroom apartment has an amazing 25m² south facing balcony which enjoys full sun for the majority of the day. It is accessible from both the lounge and master bedroom. There is a private community pool with sun loungers within the complex.

From the entrance to the apartment you walk into the open plan living space. The floor is covered in traditional tiles throughout. On your right is the lounge with a chair and sofa for seating; a dining table and chairs, sideboard and TV. This leads onto the balcony through double patio doors. At the back of the lounge is an archway providing a view into the kitchen, which is great for entertaining or keeping an eye on the family whilst cooking/preparing meals. The fully fitted kitchen has all the standard items of crockery, glassware, pots and pans, cutlery etc. With a full sized fridge, freezer, oven, grill, washing machine and sink.

The master bedroom has a double bed. It has ample storage with fitted wardrobes. The room benefits from lots of natural light from the double patio doors leading out on to the balcony.

The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and is at the rear of the apartment.

The bathroom has recently been refurbished. It has a large modern shower cubicle, toilet, sink and bidet.

Mount Tiede (3718m tall volcano). Accessible via bus from Los Cristianos bus station the 342 bus service, only one a day 9:30am . If you want to get to the summit you need to apply for a free permit from the National Park 8 weeks in advance.
