About this villa rental
A holiday experience of a lifetime awaits you at Riviera Beach Villa with thought having gone into every aspect; from the contemporary décor through to the superb landscaped gardens.
You will not want to leave the accommodation as you soak up the sun from either the poolside loungers or the roof terrace which overlooks Latchi beach, however with the tavernas and restaurants of Latchi a two minute walk-away why bother to cook!
The pool can be heated during the cooler months (200 EUROS a week).
Having dined at one of the many quayside sea-food restaurants; it's time to return to the villa to catch a few more rays whilst planning the evening's entertainment.
It's an overused phrase, but Riviera Beach Villa is 'your place in the sun'.
Latchi has watersports in abundance as well as popular, clean beaches and the main town of Polis has all of the facilities required to provide those home comforts to your relaxing escape.
Coast/Beach: The beach is 30 seconds away (10 if you run) and Latchi's marina nearly 5 minutes stroll. Latchi is now connected with its sister town of Polis by a coastal walkway and cycleway.
Further attractions: Within an easy distance to the Akamas peninsular for walking, bird-watching, cycling etc. Bikes can be hired locally. Latchi is well-catered for restaurants, tavernas and bars as well as shops and an ATM. More shops and larger supermarkets can be found in Polis which is a mere 5 minute drive. For nature lovers, the conservation area of Lara Bay is a short car journey away. Lara Bay is a protected beach and one of the few areas in the Mediterranean where Loggerhead and Green turtles lay their eggs.
Local Villages: The Paphos area has a number which are within easy access and well worth exploring. Coastal villages such as Argaka and Pomos together with inland villages like Kathikas, Steni and Drouisha offer fresh, local fare at a fraction the cost of the main tourist areas. Many are proud of their heritage and have small museums giving an insight into local crafts and traditions. The mountain villages of Kathikas and Droushia also offer a retreat from the coastal heat on the hottest days.
A complementary welcome pack is provided for your arrival There is a BBQ available for use during your stay. This must be left clean or a €25 charge will be collected from your security deposit

A great property in a great location. With a pool, beach across the road and a short walk to the harbour the location was ideal and a great relaxing time had by all.

Super villa and host. Location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet break in the sun with enough amenities within a 5 minute stroll. Having both your own pool and the beach across the road is great.

We had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks and can honestly say this is the best villa we've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean, well-laid out, fab AC/wi-fi, warm pool, comfortable beds, quiet/private, easy to find - the whole lot! The outside undercover eating area - with ceiling fans - is worth a mention in itself as is the roof terrace where we watched the meteor showers. In terms of location, the villa is walking distance (between 5 and 8 minutes) to a number of very good local restaurants and a great beach bar but is away from any noise/bustle. There's a well stocked supermarket within 10 minutes and boat trips run from the lovely marina - also 10 minutes. The beach, as indicated, is right across the road and great just to pop over to for a swim! Communication with Katie, right from our first inquiry through to checkout was absolutely excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

our second visit to this Villa, it's location and layout are excellent, pool was cleaned 3 times during our stay and all equipment you could require in the kitchen is there,
overall very good.
