Villa Stavriella

The location was excellent. The house was a great size lots of storage. The host and the rental company were very responsive.

Needed more glassware for cold drinks. Not ideal washing up all the time. Some of the Villa needed some refreshing. And could do with removing the three birds nests in the rear awning.

Die Villa hat Potenzial, leider ist sie schon in die Jahre. Ihr würde etwas Liebe nicht schaden. Wir waren im April da und für die Preis Leistung war es absolut in Ordnung.

Slot for key by front door not functioning, alternate facility across the lounge also faulty. Had to have electrician out, which thankfully did happen quickly. No instruction manuals for anything Minimal maid service (only one 30mins bed and bin change and bathroon cleaning) invoice quoted 3 visits for 2 hours furnishings not as in photos, these need updating to reflect current amenities. No apparent pool area tidying, pool toys scattered around, and some rubbish in corners. but plenty of patio furniture, best equipped pool area we have every had. , again not as per photos, need updating. Lack of cleaning materials for wiping over surface, hands, etc., rectified by owner very quickly. pool pump issue very quickly resolved. DVD player found to be jammed with a disc, as no English tv channels, or minimal, DVDs were our main entertained, the owner very quickly purchased a replacement and delivered it to us. overall, a few niggling issues, all very quickly solved. owner was fast too react and very anxious or time there was memorable. villa is lovely, in a great position for complete privacy and access to Latsi, which is one of our favourite areas.

גב' מריה היתה מאד שירותית אבל לא סביר שלא וידאה שהמיזוג היחיד שאינו מספיק לקרר את כל הקומה גם יעלה תוספת של 10 יורו ליום (לא חוייבנו) ויהיה מקולקל. מצב כלי המטבח לא היה מספק, למשל אין קערות מרק ואין כוסות לכולם, אין סכינים חדות ויש מכת נמלים במטבח וזה לא סביר שכל הזמן נרסס את השיש. המזרונים לא נוחים במיוחד ואם יש בריכה זה נחמד שיש גם מגבות לבריכה והבריכה עצמה לא נקייה מספיק ומצב הציוד דורש רענון
