About this apartment rental
The flat, placed in central Milan, close to 'Arco della Pace' and Cadorna Station, is located at the 1st floor of a residential building, with elevators and doorman.
Bright, spacious, elegantly furnished, a large and fully equipped open kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, oven), a bedroom with double bed (queen bad), two littles balconys facing the street, and a bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a sofa-bed if needed.
The house is fully furnished, air conditioning, linen and towels, hairdryer and eletric iron.
THE AREA:
In 25 minutes walking, you can reach the park and the Duomo Cathedral.
Shops and stores are in the nearest Via Monti and Via Canonica.
Around the 'Arco della Pace' there are many coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants and you can easily spend the night, it's one of the Milan 'movida' area
TO GET THERE:
- From Linate Airport:?express bus nr. 73 to San Babila + bus nr. 61 and you can easily get to Via Canova corner Via Pagano.
- From Cadorna Station, were arriving at the Malpensa Airport (Malpensa Express): bus nr. 61 two stops and you arrive at Via Canova corner Via Pagano.
- From Central Station: Metro M2 green line, to Cadorna Station, bus nr. 61 two stops.
- Close TRAM (cable-cars): nr. 2-4-12-14 (Arena and Bramante areas); nr. 1-19 (Sempione area, train station Nord Domodossola). You can see Milan transport map on the internet: the company is Atm. If you want to check the best way to reach my home see: atm-mi.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Milan and just loved staying here. Great location, very comfortable and clean. Giuliano was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Look forward to our next trip.

Nice apartment, plenty of room, air conditioned. About 2 minute walk to bus that takes you to the Duomo and about 10 minutes from metro. Residential neighborhood with restaurants a block or two away.

When we saw the word cosy we thought it may have ended up being a very tiny place. The apartment was anything but small - it has a good sized kitchen, ample dining room area and incredibly comfortable and spacious living room. This is a very homey and comfortable place to stay in Milan, and felt very safe. We appreciated all the materials for visitors that Guiliana left for us, and enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and well-stocked kitchen.It is a good 10 minute walk to the nearest metro, but the walk is delightful as you go along the beautiful Parc Sempione, which was a treat in itself. We would highly recommend this apartment for short or long term stays!
