Ner Sea is a wonderful cottage situated in Marazion near Penzance and Helston. This cottage sleeps two people and is set over three floors with a king-size double with en-suite, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner, along with a second floor mezzanine eaves snug. Outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a terraced garden with a bench. Ner Sea is an ideal base for a couple with plenty to see and explore nearby, including the Lizard peninsula and Land's End.
Amenities: Electric night storage heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner. inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Terraced garden with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Access to the garden and parking is along paths and steep steps. Note: Parking area is on a hard surface and accessed along paths and 25 steep steps.
