A relaxed and peaceful base to explore Cornwall with pleasant, approachable hosts.
There was the option to use a double sofa bed which was great as I stayed with my mum. There were a range of facilities available in the property which were at hand and I didn't have to bother the hosts (washing machine, clothes maid, iron, ironing board). The hosts told me about key arrangements but were on site to welcome me and show me around the property and its' features. There was ample off road parking which was good.

Lovely holiday in a great location
Great location, so easy to get to both peninsulas - Praa Beach nearby is gorgeous! Really comfortable accommodation, home from home, with all the facilities you could need.
The oven is slow, but then again you're on holiday so no rush!

Comfortable, friendly and great place to stay!
The facilities were very good - location excellent.
We felt that this property was more for two people and two small children - due to the sleeping arrangements and the storage for clothes. Four adults would have been more difficult. We feel that it should say in the details that the second bed is a sofa bed ( very comfortable) but in the living area - not a separate room.
