curățenia, liniștea, apropierea de plajă, dotările găsite (bucătărie, baie, camere, mașină de spălat rufe, balcon, suport uscat rufe, etc.),
aspiratorul prea slab (este nevoie pentru aspirat nisipul și praful care se adună vrând-nevrând) și, pentru unii, poate fi deranjant zgomotul frigiderului (pe timpul nopții).

The apartment is very well furnished, with absolutely everything we needed, the host went above and beyond, providing from a selection of coffees and teas, to slippers, shampoos, soaps, to a selection of beverages in the fridge when we arrived. Communication was spot on and the will to accommodate exceptional. There is a corner shop open 24 hrs , 200 m away and a lovely pizza place not 10 mins away. The beach is 200 m away.
The apartment is in an under development area, so there is quite a lot of building work going on. Downside, not a lot of services in the immediate vicinity.
