Appartment is perfect with high quality renovation and a lot of household appliances that is needed. It was very simple to get apparment. It was very suitable that we could park our car in a "own" parking place. Good location. Only 4 min to the beach.

Very cozy, great location, close to nice restaurants, shops and beaches; there is a 24/7 beach next to the property called DC beach. Lovely owner, very friendly. The apartment has all the facilities you need.
