Our room was in the basement which was very close from the entrance. The neighbours weren't loud at all. The facility was a great value for money since we traveled there for the Sunwaves festival.
I can only be nitpicking here, but a microwave would be a nice plus for the apartment. I'm already used to not having a microwave at home, but I also have a lot more time to cook/heat up food in the oven/on stove.

The room was clean and comfortable, and equipped with a kitchenette. The beach was within 5 min walk and there were plenty of restaurants and terraces around the location. The area seemed family-friendly too, there were places for children to also have fun around there.
The room was equipped with a kitchenette, a kettle and a lot of cutlery but no plates or cups, which made the kitchenette kind of deceiving to me. The area was under construction and I had to carry my luggage on some unpaved roads and stairs as I was not by car.
