Check in at the desk was easy. Condo was well maintained as well as the resort property.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to arrival, I called to see if there was early check-in available as the room was not booked the previous night. I was told the earliest possible would be 1:00. When I arrived at 11:30, I was advised the room wasn’t available as maintenance had to do a room check. I wanted to be there for as close to possible to a 1:00 check-in and was hoping my early arrival would prioritize me in the process. Unfortunately, there’s no consideration for guests that arrive early and are waiting for their room. Another guest arrived at 2:00 and was able to access his room immediately while I still had to wait for my room. It makes zero business sense to not prioritize room checks for guests waiting in person over those rooms who don’t have guests waiting. I had previously explained we were part of a large group renting 5 rooms, had food in our car, had an infant baby, and the office staff not only didn’t care, but was dismissive of our party’s conversation when another guest entered the office. I would have been willing to pay a small fee to check in early, but I at least thought once I arrived I would have been given priority of a room check over a guest who isn’t there and might not check in until 6:00. The room and accommodations itself were nice and clean, other than the pull out couch wouldn’t comfortable sleep two people, so the advertising of sleeps 6 is misleading. But our first impression with the office staff was unfavorable and started our vacation on a sour note. Our group will consider other resorts for future vacations because of this issue and how this was handled by a staff member.
