Stayed during a holiday weekend. Not much of the staff was available for the third and Fourth of July at the facility. Apparently they are aware. But clean up as needed. There was a a lot of raccoon crap on walkways and nearby visable roofs….. Other than that annoyance. The property was fairly well maintained….. Property has an unusual configuration. Many condos don’t have a Gulf view…..

We liked the location of the condo and accessibility to the beach. We probably won’t stay there again though because the condo itself was just ok. Some concerns we had:
Bathroom are dated and the sink in the master bathroom would not drain. We called the office and someone came 2 days after we arrived and he said “I put draino in it and got some stuff out”, which made us feel kind of gross because our toothbrushes and toiletries were in there. There was a very large tv in the main living area which did not work, someone had plugged in a small tv in front of it, so we had to huddle around it to watch the bowl games. I called and they said they would get a new tv in the next couple of days. They finally brought a larger one on the 3rd day of our 5 day trip, did not replace the broken one but just plugged it in front of it. To be fair we checked in on 12/31 and the office was closed until 1/2. Therefor we could not address some of these concerns until then, which also added to our unease about the place. We did like that the kitchen has been nicely updated and the master was large but wished there was a little more attention to detail in other areas of the condo.
