From I-75, take Exit 213 for University Parkway and head west toward Sarasota. Turn left onto US-41 South / Tamiami Trail, then follow signs toward downtown Sarasota and the John Ringling Causeway. Cross the causeway to St. Armands Circle, take Boulevard of the Presidents north, and continue across New Pass Bridge onto Longboat Key. Continue north on Gulf of Mexico Drive and turn west into The Westchester at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive.
Detailed parking and arrival instructions will be supplied before check-in.
Per The Westchester Condominium Association rules – This property must be rented for a minimum of one month. If the travel dates you are looking for don't appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions. Guests may also need to complete The Westchester Condominium Association's registration and approval process before arrival.
Please note: The Westchester is a pet-free community, and no pets are permitted at this property.
