Sari Bamboo Bungalows

We loved staying at this accomodation! The staff was amazing, always smiling and helping us. Whenever we had any requests they completed it in no time. They helped us with pre-packed breakfasts when we left earlier than the breakfast period and they organized drivers and guides for us to discover Ubud and Bali. We had daily cleaning so everything was always spotless. There was a wide range of beakfast options and we even had dinner in their restaurant that was also delicious. The location was also great: not too far from Ubud center so if we had the energy we could walk, but also take a scooter ride. It was also far enough from the noise of the downtown. There were many restaurant options within 5 mins of walk too. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough!!!

Our bungalow was nice and clean, with private outdoors kitchen/rest area. The hotel is located in a quiet area and very close to Ubud downtown. Included breakfast was simple but good - with fresh juice! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly! We loved this hotel! The price was also affordable!

There were some mosquitos. But that is not the hotel's issue. Mosquito spray helped to solve this. I can't say anything bad about this hotel.

We booked six nights in a family room with Sari Bamboo. It was an amazing experience. The staff was very professional, attentive and kind. This gave us a very welcome experience. They checked the time of cleaning, anticipated on what would be comfortable for us as guests, which felt very unique. Also, there were open to have a little chat, and the fact it is partly family run makes it feel more like home. They even taught us more about some fruits they brought from the market. The bungalow with swimming pool was great. There was little noise from the streets so it felt our little paradise. The beds are very comfortable and large, and the patio is also very relaxed to sit down. Because we have a little toddler we were very happy with the curtans that made the bedroom dark, so he was able to sleep well. Bathroom, toilet, shower all functioned properly. Cleaning Service, providing new towels was excellent. The rest of the area (outside our bungalow) had much charm. The public pool of the bungalows was also very nice. Clean water, great temparature. The restaurant serves good breakfast. Especially the tasteful dragonbowl smoothie! Als lunch and dinner was good quality and reasonably priced. Location is good, you can take a taxi easily to the center, which takes a couple of minutes. In conclusion, this was the best experience of our three week Bali holiday with our 2 year old todler. You have the relaxed atmosphere of your own bungalow combined with the hopsitality and presence of the staff. So you had privacy, yet didnt feel isolated or being cooped up. Thank you all very much for this nice experience!

Nothing at all!

This is an old style set of family run bungalows. Friendly staff in convenient location. Breakfast and Food at restaurant was good.

The room was quite dark and gloomy and the outdoor area had an uncomfortable couch and no sitting area with table. The outlook was depressing as the room looked onto a small walled garden. Room was quite noisy. Overpriced and property did not match its 4 star rating.
