الفيلا كحجم وسعة غرف ممتازة ومناسبة يوجد بالقرب من الفيلا عدة خدمات من بقالات ومطاعم ومقاهي المضيف السيد يوغا يبذل كل مافي استطاعته للقيام بواجباته التلفزيون يوجد به اشتراك في النيتفلكس واعتبرها ميزة يتوفر موقد وميكرويف وغسالة ملابس وثلاجة كبيرة وعدة مطبخ
أول معضلة ستصدمك هي أن السيارة لايمكن أن تصل لباب الفيلا لذلك يجب نقل الأمتعة ذهابا وأيابا في طريق ضيق مليء بالمشاه والدبابات وتكثر فيه الحفر ويصبح مظلم ليلا تصميم باب الغرف (منزلق) يسمح بدخول الحشرات وخصوصاً الناموس الذي يكثر في أرجاء الفيلا رغم توفير مبيد الحشرات وبخاخ النامس والجهاز الطارد للنامس من قبل ادارة المنشأة للتغلب على المشكلة يوجد رائحة مجاري مزعجة في حمام غرفة النوم الرئيسية الفطور جدا متواضع وخياراته محدودة ومكررة ويفضل الحجز بدونه الستائر لاتحجب الشمس على الإطلاق وحينما تشرق الشمس توقضك مباشرة الأصوات مسموعة بوضوح وتسبب إزعاج سواء من الفلل المجاورة أو الدبابات أو الكلاب أو الطيور الغسالة مكانها بعيد ومنعزل والمنشر يوجد في منطقة رطبة ومعرضة للمطر السرير غير مريح وصلب وكذلك المخدات مكيف غرفة النوم الرئيسية صغير بالنسبة للغرفة ويلزمه وقت طويل للتبريد بجانب أنه يثلج ويقطر ماء داخل الغرفة العقار بشكل عام يحتاج لبعض الصيانة والتجديد
