Perfect location for us, warm and cosy
Main bathroom fan was very dirty so when the fan stared it blow dust everywhere. Also the dining room table was black with dirt. Could do with a deep clean, not just a wipe down

Showers great with plenty of hot water. TV in all rooms. Car park great. Kitchen facilities good.
Double bed mattress needs replacing ASAP. No sleep for the 3 nights we stayed. Dining room chairs very uncomfortable. Outside seating area needs to be more than just a wooden bench. Couldn’t sit and enjoy the decking area as to uncomfortable.
