Clean , tidy and welcoming

The cottage was very central to the Main Street , with no out side noise , it was very clean, extremely warm and cosy , it had everything you needed to have a relaxing stay . We would definitely recommend this cottage

Tremendous cottage.

This was a tremendous cottage, and although it was just behind the main street, it was quiet and peaceful. The place was sparkling clean, really spacious inside with a two tiered garden that's handy for the dog that would be lovely in the summer. It really was an excellent place with lots of shops very close by. It's also within 30 minutes of lots of towns and only 50 minutes from Glasgow and Edinburgh. Falkirk, Stirling, Perth, Dunblane, Fife all a short drive away. Kim was a great host and very friendly ensuring we'd come back here again for sure, and I would highly recommend the cottage. Lovely comfortable cottage

Everything about the cottage!

If I was being picky, if you have a large car then the parking is tricky but we were pre-warned and it's still infinitely preferable to have a parking space!

Lovely stay, my dog enjoyed the garden, my wife enjoyed the bath and shower and Kim was just amazing, and provided extra

It was very clean and a lot bigger than expected, our dog enjoyed the lovely garden and it was always so warm and cosy.

I didn’t not like anything about the property it was perfect if you want to be picky it was a bit difficult to get out the driveway but we didn’t mind that.

A week of motorbike touring in Scotland.

Spectacular. It's such a lovely appointed cottage. It is very spacious, warm, and light. Off road parking and very quiet despite being in the middle of the town. We used it as a base for exploring Scotland on our motorbikes and the Crieff Cloverleaf tours. Auchterarder has all the facilities needed and is a lovely town. Great bus service into Perth as well. There are many wonderful places to visit and enjoy, the countryside and mountains are spectacular. We would definitely stay at Rossie Cottage again. Kim is a lovely host.

Nothing not to like. A couple of things would make even better. The bed is only a double. I'm 6'3" I found it a little small. The room has enough space for a king-size, even a super king-size bed. The sofa and chair in the living room were both a little soft in support. Minor things, and it wouldn't put us off from staying here again.

Perfect Cottage for Christmas!

The stay at the cottage was wonderful. As a mini Christmas with my partner and her children and my dog the fact the cottage was decorated for Christmas was such a wonderful added touch. Great place, will be back. Contact from Kim was first class

We really enjoyed the peaceful break at rossie cottage

Beautiful cottage and spotlessly clean. In an ideal location right in the centre of town. We liked the enclosed garden for our little dog and it would also be great for children. A home from home, and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Auchterarder.

The only thing I think could have made the cottage better is a king size bed in the main bedroom and bigger bath sheets.

Excellent SC accommodation with everything you needed. Spotlessly clean with modern, good quality decor and furniture. Comfortable and cosy.
