An amazing Condo. Very clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. We did our own cooking for the month and the kitchen was great for that. Our only concern was heating the downstairs. It was near freezing outside during our stay in Dec/Jan and all the inside heat went to the upstairs and it was very cold downstairs. But overall, we just love this Condo. And it is only a very short walk to the amazing beach. The neighbors are also very nice. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff at Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island. Great golf course at Shipyard just a few minutes drive away and wonderful restaurants like Hinchey's just a short drive away as well. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great and close to everything. Condo is nicely done. Short walk to the beach.
Only objection is bathrooms are small.

My family and I traveled to Hilton Head from Massachusetts to explore a new vacation destination. Our stay was amazing in this 2-bedroom condo located in the Coligny Beach area (one of the best and most popular places on Hilton Head) and now we know why. We couldn’t be more impressed! The condo itself is very spacious and very clean and has many perks right on site. We are not ones for eating out every meal, so we visited the local Harris Teeter and stocked up on groceries. The fully stocked condo kitchen meant we didn’t need to bring a thing to prepare our meals. And the double stacked washer and dryer were very much appreciated by the end of the week. It was a treat to be able to swim in one of the pools or take walks around the very well cared for property. The location has perfect access to the beach, dining, and shopping, and not too far from the night life if you're into evening entertainment. The beach and bike paths around the area are amazing. Simply amazing! Make sure you rent bikes (to be delivered) in advance of your trip because if you are like my family of four, we took to them out right away and rode them for 8 days straight. Our favorite part was riding the bikes on the flat compacted sandy beach, but the bike paths are all over the area and are easy to maneuver on the flat surface. The rental process through the management team was efficient and very smooth. The staff were professional and very courteous as were the groundskeepers maintaining the property. Don’t worry if you are arriving after hours because they have a great after hours check in process. My family has rented homes from Nantucket to Lake Tahoe, to San Diego and Florida, I would compare this to other top rentals. Sincerely, The Johnston’s from Weymouth, Massachusetts.
