The property was in an ideal location for us.
It’s was cosy, it also had everything we needed for the weekend stay . We stayed 3 nights. Lots to do locally and we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again and would recommend to friends
Could have been cleaner, maybe a few plug ins or something .there was a few hairs in the shower and the floor a little sticky by the tv/ end of bed. I should have took slippers to wear to be fair.

Located between the centre of Brighton and the centre of Hove. A short walk to Hove meant plenty of nice bars and restaurants on your doorstep. A short walk in the opposite direction gets you to the main centre of Brighton and all it has to offer. Neighbours of the property are friendly and welcoming.
A couple of shortfalls with utilities…
The shower did not work properly. More water was coming out of the bottom of the shower pipe than the shower head itself.
We couldn’t find a tea towel to dry up the utensils we had washed which left the side cluttered until the next day when they had drip-dried.
