What a great place to stay
You will be pleased when you check in to our third floor condo.
There is a snack basket for you to enjoy upon arrival. Our condo is clean & has everything you need to relax and have the vacation you dreamed of.....
In the kitchen/living area we have quartz countertops, a sleeper sofa, a dining table with four chairs and a well stocked kitchen. We have plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glasses, blender and more!
In our bathroom we have a nice walk in shower.
In our bedroom we have a queen size bed with a wall mounted TV and plenty of closet space and a ceiling fan with great lighting.
Some things that we have for your use....
* Keurig coffeemaker that brews both k-cups and regular coffee
* Blender
* Full size fridge, stove and microwave & dishwasher
* Quartz counter tops
* Utensils, glassware, plates, bowls & serving pieces
* Toaster, blender & coffeemaker
* Walk-in shower enclosure w/bench in bathroom
* Queen size sleeper sofa
* WI-FI with secure password
* Phone with voice mail, direct phone number, free local & long distance calls
* Flat screen TV in living room & also one in the bedroom
* Beach chairs
* Pub height table with two chairs on balcony
Get up in the morning, start your day with a cup of Joe as you sit on the balcony.....think about your day...read a book, people watch etc.

Had an unbelievable trip. Dee did an amazing job prior to our visit to make sure we were clear on the amenities in the area and how to check-in. The condo was beautiful and well kept. They were very responsive with any questions that we had. The community was safe and even got to see. gator in the pond. Hands down the best hosts we have ever had. I would definitely come back!!!

This is a great villa for a couple or small family. Very clean and comfortable! The balcony is great as well with shade all day even in the evening which is great for relaxing and enjoying the view of the ocean. Host is wonderful, accommodating and super easy to contact with quick response if any questions. We would definitely recommend for anyone and would rent again!

My husband and me stayed a very nice villa. My son and his girlfriend had to stay a night while waiting for their villa to be ready but it worked fine with a sleeper sofa.
