About this apartment rental
This second floor unit was recently completely remodeled with a well equipped kitchen and brand new Bosh appliances.
The unit is equipped with a dishwasher, range, oven, full refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
The unit has granite counter tops, contemporary colors throughout, a glass mosaic tile back splash in the kitchen, brand new linen floor tiles, and contemporary leather furniture in the bedroom, living, and dining areas. There are flat screen smart TVs in both the living and bedroom, an electric fireplace, air conditioning, remote controlled ceiling fan and fresh linen.
The bathroom is chic with tiled walls, and a brand new shower, toilet, and vanity.
Laundry facilities and vending machines are only a few steps away on the same floor
The unit has the closest access to the beach via the boardwalk, and has a direct ocean view. Views from the balcony include three bodies of water: a pond with a beautiful fountain right in front of the unit, the largest oceanfront pool on the island, and the ocean at Folly Beach.
The resort has full service restaurants, tiki bars, tennis courts, a fitness center, and an onsite bike rental facility.
As a vacation destination, Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort cannot be beat. Whether it's a quiet stroll along the soft white sandy beach or bike ride along the many wonderful bike trails, or golfing at one of the dozens of world class golf courses (voted in the top ten of the world's best golf resorts).

The resort was really nice. Condo could use some updating. My daughter says it feels like a boys college dorm room. Futon furniture was not comfortable at all! Chair had to be moved just to open the dishwasher. Add a table on both sides of couch so person sitting in chair has a place put a drink instead of floor or holding it. Mattress needs replaced as it was not comfortable. The place could be really nice if just reconfigured. Take the fireplace out and put in living room and get a smaller kitchen table. Move dresser to where fireplace is and add king size bed. Need an area rug because who likes to have sand in there bed.

Firstly, the location of this place was really great, out of the property, straight onto the boardwalk and 3 mins to the beach, pool was equally close and good, we used it minimally as we prefer the ocean, it did close at sunset every night which we thought was a little early.It was exceptionally easy to get hold of and communicate with the owner, Sriyal. Who was very nice and accommodating.The property was nice with everything we needed. It is perfect for a couple with young kids. The sofa bed is less like a traditional sofa bed and realistically sleeps one, the inflatable bed also sleeps one, we made it work and had a great time!

Great property with an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach. The room was prepared with the necessities needed to get us started, which was a nice touch. The host was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The only drawback for me was the bed. If you prefer a very soft, plush mattress, you’ll probably love it. However, if you like a firmer mattress, it may not be the most comfortable option.
