We have two bikes, one with a toddler seat, for your convenience. Two adult and one kid helmets provided.
Designated parking for jet skis, small to midsize boats, and enclosed trailers for up to 14 consecutive days.
Gated community with 24/7 security.
Allow yourself to relax and unwind in our beautiful condo. Feel at home by the ocean with the sound of waves pleasing your ears once you open that balcony door.
Beach is just steps away (literally), less than 3 min walk. Spacious pool (+a small one for young kids), nice lunch place with a covered sitting area, and an ice cream kiosk! Yummy!

Map out your East Coast escape to this warm and welcoming 1st floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental nestled inside the Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort.
This updated condo boasts a coastal interior, fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar, private balcony with beach accessories included.
Rest and recharge in a comfortable queen size bed and a new sleeper sofa-bed! The unit also includes bunk beds for the kids (or small adults!)
We are providing additional entertainment for any weather. Grab a beach read for hot and sunny days, or just wait the weather out with a movie of your choice. Make sure you check out our wide selection of books (accent cabinet) and DVDs inside the chest.

THE PROPERTY:
You only need to pack beach towels, as we provide the following for your stay:
- four towel sets (two bath towels, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per set);
- dish soap, laundry and dishwasher soaps (two pods each);
- kitchen towels, paper towels;
- two rolls of toilet paper;
- couple of garbage bags;
- bath tissues, shampoo, and conditioner;
For longer stays, you will need to pack more supplies or buy some.

- This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 4 adults (over 21 years old) at all times
- We are unable to accept late check-outs because cleaners must schedule their appointments in advance. When feasible, we will let our guests know when the cleanings are finished so they can arrive early.
- Unit is PET FREE and SMOKE FREE
- The cleaning fee also includes 1 parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35- we need to have 24-hour notice for any additional passes.
- Weather-related trip cancellations are not refundable. If you are making a reservation during hurricane season, we do advise getting trip insurance.
- Stays over 90 days will require a background check and lease agreement+deposit.

Stayed five nights. Very clean property and condo. Bed was comfortable. The pool is amazing. The owner was very responsive to assist with getting the cable tv to work. Found out the issue was throughout the resort, due to recently going to Spectrum. Unfortunately, the issue was not fixed until day three. The owner was very diligent about getting it fixed. Location was very good. Close to everything we wanted to do. The beach was very nice and not crowded. Really enjoyed it right before sunset. The property grounds are also very nice. Plus they make sure only people that live or rent there are coming on property. Thank you again for assisting us with getting the cable fixed and for providing dinner for us. Enjoyed dinner at Skull Crerk. Thank you.

This was the perfect space for my family of 4. Very clean and had everything we needed! The bunks were great from my kids(11and 8). Loved how close we were to the pool and the beach. We had the best time and would definitely rent this space again! Thanks so much!!!

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is our favorite! This was one of our favorite condos we have stayed in yet! Very clean! Close proximity to pool and beach. Communication was exceptional throughout the stay as we had to make an adjustment and get a second parking pass. We would definitely stay again!
