About this apartment rental
Home Sweet Home is the best way to describe this beautiful Admirals Row 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa on Hilton Head Beach. Everything has been thought out so very well to make sure that you have all the comforts that you need to have the best vacation EVER!
The decor is updated, tasteful and calming, as you can see from the pictures. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress and a built in mattress topper for added comfort. It has its own bathroom, which is very clean. The second bedroom has twin beds and they also have mattress toppers. The second bathroom is also very clean and has a full tub and shower. Both bedrooms have TVs with streaming services.
The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with stainless new appliances. The dining room table is a 'high' table which gives extra styling to the room. The living room furniture is newer and includes not only a new queen sofa sleeper, but also a new overstuffed chair that converts to a single bed. The bedroom carpeting was replaced in January 2023.
Also included are 4 beach chairs, a beach sportbrella, a beach cart and a 'Pack N Play' to use during your stay (sheets NOT included for the 'Pack N Play'). This Villa is very special.
The location of the villa is located in the Admirals Row section of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis. It is Unit #AR442 and has the privilege of being on the quiet top floor with a view of the beautiful ocean from the large balcony. Town of Hilton Head Island Short-Term Rental Permit #026140
To get to the beach, just walk across the parking lot, across the boardwalk and the beach is right there. It only takes about three to four minutes.
The RESORT has the island's largest oceanfront pool. There is also a smaller pool located in the Admirals Row section of the resort.
The kids will be entertained by the pools, the fantastic beach, ice cream at Jamaica Joe'z by the oceanfront pool, bike riding, shopping and so many other attractions that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Adults will enjoy the on site Coconutz Sports Bar where they are more than willing to put on your game of choice. The bar food is good there also. You can also dine outside with a nice view of the lagoon.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is a gated resort providing 24/7 security.
This is a non smoking villa and pets are not allowed in the resort.
Please let us know if we can help you make your vacation plans. We are very easy to work with and try very hard to please.

The condo and property were clean and accommodating. Walking to the beach was wonderful and any time the winds were too much, we relocated to the pool. In room washer and dryer were very helpful.

Condo was very clean. We had 8 chairs! Brand new! Wagon! Condo is a short walk to beach. Condo had lovely decorations. Steve responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable. Fourth floor condo does have elevator in the building. Highly recommend this condo.
