This lovely stay boasts a comfortable three-bedroom, three-bathroom, single-level villa layout located on the Barony Golf Course of Port Royal. Under new ownership and newly updated with fresh decorative upgrades, this villa is a tasteful home away from home. Enter the villa up the four steps into the foyer where you will appreciate the vaulted ceilings, clean furnishings, and tile flooring. The living room has comfortable seating, a wet bar, a large TV, a DVD player, and a small reading area. The Carolina Room and primary bedroom overlook the Barony Golf Course. The Carolina Room is furnished comfortably for enjoying the golf course views and sweeping landscape beyond.
The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances and has everything needed to prepare daily meals. The dining area can be found off the kitchen and is open to the living space, allowing for conversation to flow effortlessly.
The spacious primary bedroom features a TV and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a TV and access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo that is also accessible by the hallway. The third bedroom has a window seat, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and a three-burner gas grill.

The condo has lots of space that was perfect for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the ability for everyone to have time together with games at the table but also room for individual groups. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Thank you for hosting us!

Could be a lot cleaner. i am referring to the carpeting which is VERY spotted & dirty. Has been mentioned in guest book & more than once & my guess is it would have been cleaned.
There was a musty smell (front area) as soon as you opened front door every time. I would suspect owner, agency, & cleaning staff all recognize that smell &
nothing done.
The location as far as finding this condo had everyone we asked without question - no one had a clue & we spent a lot of time hunting it. Need more specific directions to this unit.
