The AC was broke but they fixed it the day after we arrived. The representative was good with communication. New arrivals be mindful to let the fridge get cold or you'll lose your groceries. The hot vs cold setting in master bedroom are in reverse. There is no Harbor View like in the picture. Otherwise nice.
