About this apartment rental
Our Winter Park condo is a comfortable, newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom condo with beautiful mountain views. This 2nd floor condo has an open floor plan with lots of light and a beautiful deck overlooking the trees. Walking distance to hiking and downtown Winter Park. Complimentary transportation to WP ski resort.
Great for a ski vacation in the winter or all of the great pastimes of summer in the mountains. Less than 3 miles from Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort for skiing or tubing. Shopping, restaurants and concerts in the park are within .5 mile (walking or biking). Walking distance to hiking, biking, and cross country ski trails. Short drive to Grand Park which offers cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking (natural and paved trails), snowshoeing, skate skiing, disc golfing, and stocked fishing ponds. The Foundry Cinema and Bowl, Grand Park Community Recreation Center, Colorado Adventure Park (tubing, terrain park and snow scoots) Winter Park base activities, golf, and summer concerts in Hideaway Park are all within minutes. Close to snowmobiling tour areas, short drive to Hot Sulphur Springs, Devils Thumb Ranch, Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Lake Granby.
Our Beaver Village condo is located in a cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse. Amenities on the property include a beautiful clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, laundry facility, free movies, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Close to grocery store, shopping, restaurants and much more.
Condo layout:
Just off the main entrance is an open-concept kitchen which opens to the dining room and living room area. The dining room/living area leads to a sliding door out to our spacious deck with BBQ grill. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room or the beautiful view of the mountains from the front deck or the forest view from the back deck.
Just off of the main living area is the entrance to the two bedrooms, each with in-suite bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are great for a large family, two families of four, an adult getaway or a lot of singles.
Room amenities:
Primary Bedroom: features a king bed, a bunk bed, a flat screen TV and large master bathroom with beautiful finishes.
Second bedroom: comes furnished with a queen bed, a bunk bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom.
Kitchen: Updated kitchen with new appliances and all the amenities of home. Beautiful mountain views from kitchen.
Dining Area: Seats six (6) comfortably. Three additional people can sit at the kitchen bar.
Living Room: Large sofa, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Comcast cable service & DVD player.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, cable, gas fire place, grill on deck.
TRANSPORTATION: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park. Shuttle stops in front of the Beaver Village Condominiums complex twice per hour - 10 minutes on the bus route to the ski area. Walking distance to downtown Winter Park and easy access to hiking and biking trails.
NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Beaver Village Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet on the property.
CLEANING POLICIES: Our condo is entirely and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest departs. Guests will be charged $150 for unapproved late check out that interferes with housecleaner's schedule.

The place was very well decorated and looked recently remodeled to a high quality. Nothing funky about it that you often find in well used ski properties. Lovely, well equipped kitchen and beautiful baths as well.
The balcony looking into a forest of tall pines gave it a feel of being in the middle of nowhere, when its really right in the midddle of town.
Nothing to complain about.

Cute property, stocked with everything we needed, including a small grill on the back balcony. Quiet area and easily walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Would highly recommend for a family or couples getaway.
