Bright, comfortable, two bedroom 1200 square foot condo overlooking popular Hideaway Park in downtown Winter Park's Trailhead Lodges . Enjoy morning coffee from the third floor overlooking the park or a summer concert at the Rendezvous amphitheater with no ticket necessary! Please note 3 night minimum for Blues on the Top and Jazz festival. Relax after a day of hiking or skiing in the jacuzzi while the kids play in the pool. This condo is within walking distance of all downtown restaurants and shops and shuttle stops to nearby Winter Park resort. Enjoy access to hiking and biking without having to get in your car. In addition, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill and fireplace, wifi, cable tv with Roku access and private washer and dryer. Please note we may ask for a copy of identification via vrbo website prior to sending condo details.

This condo was great for our 3 generation family visit. Overlooks hideaway park with the sledding hill and trail along the creek. Quick walk to resort shuttle and stores. Plus- an elevator!

We took our granddaughter and her friend for a weekend getaway. The condo was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. The Winter Park Brewfest was in the park while we were there, so being music lovers, we were excited to be able to enjoy the live music from the comfort of the balcony. Just a couple of things to note. I was looking forward to using the fire pit to make smores. However it was shut down. Not sure if it wasn't functional or if the complex had disabled it due to fire danger. The pool was smaller that I was expecting. If you have kids, you might want to bring some small pool toys to entertain them. Also perhaps I just didn't find them but we had to make a grocery store run for bath/shower soap. We would love to stay here again. Centrally located and easy in and out.

The park just below the 3rd floor unit hosted a music festival that gave us front row seats - it was fantastic - location was also walkable to much of what we wanted out of Winter Part - would do this again next time

Great location!! We hiked on numerous trails from downtown Winter Park, the 3 and 6 year old spent everyday at the park at the Rendezvous Center and on the grass kicking ball with other kids. It was so easy to walk across the street to the park area and then walk a block for ice cream or a good meal (pizza, Italian food and Mexican food). Also enjoyed two summer concerts from the balcony of the condo. The location exceeded our expectations.

The location of this VRBO was great. We walked to coffee, restaurants and took off from the condo to go biking every day. We sat on the balcony to enjoy the 4th of July celebration at Rendevous Park. Our host responded immediately to several questions. We were very impressed with her responses.

Condo was nice and cozy. Location is off main road and short drive to Winter Park Ski resort. Condo was very warm (one room especially) and could not find a way to adjust temperature. Luckily it was the middle of winter and we could open windows to cool condo down. Condo was pretty well stocked. Some of the dishes and kitchen tools were dirty and needed to be washed before using. Overall a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.
