Located in the center of Turin, at no. 17 of Via Assarotti and a few steps from Via Cernaia, the apartment, of great charm, is located on the fifth and last floor of an elegant building of 1800, very well kept and inhabited, with elevator and internal courtyard.
It is a few minutes' walk from the Torino Porta Susa railway station and, thanks to the Piazza XVIII Dicembre metro stop, it is also very convenient compared to the Torino Porta Nuova railway station.
The apartment, built from scratch in 2017, is very bright and quiet and is suitable for single travelers and couples, even with children.
The furniture and its accessories are new and chosen with the utmost care and attention to detail and comfort of guests.
In the hallway a made-to-measure wardrobe was created to hang jackets and clothes and to store suitcases.
In the bedroom there are original antique prints from England, while in the living room, in addition to a sofa bed, there is a bookcase with an excellent choice of novels and essays, as well as illustrated books on Turin.
The apartment has a balcony, with wires to hang out and a small laundry room.

Marco was a wonderful and thoughtful host, we were comfortable and well taken care of.The unit location is very close to a train station and taxi stand, as well as multiple shopping and restaurant options, and a short walk to some old town narrow streets. The unit is on the fifth floor of an old apartment building, but there is a four person elevator. AC works, kitchen well stocked.

Great location with lots of services available within walking distance. With a bus/tram stop 3min of the flat, you can access the whole center of Torino easily. Marco was available and provided a great list of recommendations.

This small, comfortable, well-appointed one bedroom apartment is ideal for one or two people. The small combination living room/kitchen has a sofa bed. If used, it would significantly reduce the living space. It is ideally located, close to central Turin and a 10 minute walk to Porta Sousa Station. A nice street market and shopping are very near. The downside to the apartment is that the only access to it is via a narrow exterior balcony, five floors up, requiring passage through two locked metal gates. In an emergency, it would be difficult to exit quickly. The kitchen is well-equipped, the a/c works well and the Wifi has high-speed internet.
