- Appartamento di dimensioni generose dotato di tutti i comfort - Pulizia dell'alloggio perfetta - Bagno nuovo, doccia molto ampia e moderna - Supermercato Pam Local a 50m aperto praticamente tutto il giorno - Tutte le attrazioni raggiungibili con un passeggiata
- Persiane con le alette che non funzionavano lasciando entrare molta luce (risolto con una mascherina per l'aereo) - Sabato sera molta vita notturna sino alla mattina a causa del locale sottostante l'alloggio e qualche inquilino del palazzo un po' troppo rumoroso la notte - Distanza dai mezzi pubblici che costringeva sostanzialmente a spostarsi sempre a piedi (il bello ed il brutto dell'area pedonale)

Il divano-letto scricchiolava eccessivamente, svegliando gli altri e rendendo scomodo il riposo Non era presente la connessione wi-fi, servizio ormai quantomeno indispensabile Durante la notte i vicini erano chiassosi ed emettevano schiamazzi Host completamente assente, come l'accoglienza, dal momento che non ci è stata fornita neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua
