Dużą zaletą było miejsce parkingowe w garażu. Klimatyzacja w apartamencie.

Salon potrzebuje przemeblowania, żeby stał się bardziej przyjazny i udomowiony.

Opłata za wynajęcie apartamentu obejmowała tylko noclegi, bez oferowania posiłków. Apartament prywatny, usytuowany w czterogwiazdkowym obiekcie hotelowym, polożonym w atrakcyjnym nadmorskim miejscu.

Kalkulacja opłaty trudna do zaakceptowania przy wygórowanej opłacie za sprzątanie (200 zł), zwłaszcza po pobycie jednodnowym (354 zł). Wskazane byłoby usunięcie nieestetycznych zażółceń pomiędzy kafelkami w kabinie prysznicowej. Ogólnie apartament bardzo czysty wyposażony w niezbędne udogodnienia.
