Apartament świetnie położony. Bardzo czysty i przestrzenny.
Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie.
Przydałaby się na wyposażeniu mikrofalówka.
Kiedy pralka odwirowywuje pranie, miałem wrażenie, że startuje odrzutowiec :)
I drobiazg - ramię automatu zamykającego drzwi wejściowe ma zbyt dużą siłę.

Positiv bewerten kann ich die Sauberkeit ( bis auf eine Ausnahme s.u. ) und Lage des Objektes.
Schneller Austausch des, während unseres Aufenthaltes, kaputt gegangener Balkontürgriff.
Negativ ist, dass wir mehr Zahlen mussten ( ca 10% ) als in der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben, da die Agentur Renters ihren eigenen Wechselkurs hat ( 1:4 statt 1: 4,3 ).
Mehrere Versuche, die Sache, auch durch unser Entgegenkommen, zu klären, blieben Erfolglos. Nun gebe ich die Sache an meinen Anwalt weiter.
Deweiteren hatte die Wohnung einige Mängel und war sehr "abgewohnt".
1. Bei Ankunft war im Geschirrspüler noch teils schmutztiges Geschirr
2. Die Masseliege ist extrem verschmutzt und hat offene- defekte Stromkabel ( Lebensgefahr - wir hatten ein kleines Kind dabei )
3. Defekter Schrank in der Küche
4. Defektes Bett
5. aufgekratzte Wand
6. Defekte Verblendung der Küchenzeile
7. Kaputter Klopapierhalter
8. Stark verschmutzte Balkonecke
9. Defekter Balkonfußboden ( Verletzungsgefahr )
10. verbogen Vorhängehalterung
Von der Agentur bekamen wir eine Entschädigung von ca. 34€, was meiner Meinung nach nicht genug ist.
