Łatwy dojazd z wózkiem do samego apartamentu i prywatny garaż.
WiFi na terenie obiektu obsługuje jako tak max 3 urządzenia jednocześnie inaczej ciągle zrywa połączenia, wieczorami jest jeszcze gorzej. Bardzo słaby zasięg GSM i praktycznie nie istnieje internet z sieci Plus, ale to bolączka całego Kołobrzegu.

Przede wszystkim najlepsza jest lokalizacja. Wszedzie blisko, do restauracji, na deptak, do plazy, parku linowego, nad rzeke na spacer z pieskiem, do Mariny.. do tego trzy pokoje, w naprawde przyjemnym standardzie, daja swobode i intymnosc. Budynek cichy, z miejscem parkingowym, abc pod domem. Fajnie wyposazona kuchnia. To nasz 4 pobyt w tym miejscu, i mimo ze w trakcie prbowalismy tez innych miejsc, deklarujemy stałość uczuć właśnie Portowej 31 ♥️

Super miejsce jeśli jedziesz w kilka osób. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie i przestronny salon w którym można przebywać razem. Wszędzie blisko. Przyjemna okolica. Polecam.
