Fantastyczny pobyt w Kołobrzegu

Super miejsce jeśli jedziesz w kilka osób. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie i przestronny salon w którym można przebywać razem. Wszędzie blisko. Przyjemna okolica. Polecam.

Lage top - etwas Feinschliff fehlt

Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Keine Parkplatzsuche durch die eigene Garage. Im Prinzip ein schönes Apartment, was allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber und auch kein Putzmittel vorhanden. Beutelloser Staubsauger wurde definitiv dieses Jahr noch nicht entleert. Eine so dreckige und alte WC-Bürste findet man noch nicht mal auf einer Bahnhofstoilette - das muss nicht sein. Ebenso haben Steckdosen aus der Rigibswand gehangen - Achtung bei Besuch mit keinen Kindern. Bei einer Waschmaschine wäre auch ein Wäscheständer sinnvoll, genauso wie ein Abzieher für die Dusche. In die Küchenausstattung könnte man ruhig auch mal wieder etwas investieren. Der Wasserkocher war defekt und Küchenhelfer wie z.B. ein Nudelsieb kosten nicht die Welt. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich bzw. über die Jahre durchgelegen. Dieser Gegebenheiten haben den Eindruck über das Apartment mit der zentralen Lage etwas getrübt.

Krótki, intensywny wypoczynek w przyjaznej scenerii miasta, które kocham i do którego chętnie wracam

Apartament bardzo zadbany, widać, że właściciele włożyli mnóstwo serca. Pomyśleli o wszystkim, - nawet chusteczki higieniczne :) kuchnia super wyposażnona,; właściciele cierpliwie odpowiadają na wszystkie pytania, bardzo operatywnie. Miejsce wspaniałe zarówno na weekend w mieście, jak i na pobyt wakacyjny czy pracę online. Blisko do plaży, do portu, do centrum, blisko do znanych restauracji (Fishka, Barka)

Розташування квартири дуже добре, до пляжу, та вокзалу близько. В загалі гарний район для відпочинку ❤️. Фотографії відповідають реальності, в квартирі єсть все необхідне, навіть блендер та міксер, багато посуду, склянок, сковорідки, навіть були нові, на вісім осіб посуду не бракувало. В ліжках мʼякі матраси, спати було добре.Безконтактний зв’язок з господарем, все чітко та зрозуміло було вислано в SMS. Все сподобалось, раджу ❤️

Najlepszy w ostatnim czasie.

Podobała mi się aranżacja wnętrz, ich estetyka, czystość, wyposażenie, lokalizacja oraz bliskość portu i morza. Łatwy dostęp do mieszkania oraz cisza i spokój w okolicy. To wszystko sprawiło, że pobyt w Kołobrzegu był czystą przyjemnością 👍 Gorąco polecam ten apartament, był najlepszy jaki wynajmowałam w tym kurorcie.

Jedyny mankament, to brak ręczników.

Für uns völlig zweckmäßige, schöne Unterkunft in nahezu zentraler Lage

Liebevoll, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung unweit der Seebrücke, bzw. des Stadtkerns, in einem Wohnblock. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzer(n) war flott und sehr freundlich. Toll ist, dass es zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmerschränke gibt. Die Fernseher haben 3 deutsche Sender.

Die Matratzen könnten mal wieder erneuert werden (besonders die der Kinderbetten sind sehr dünn und durchgelegen) und die Bettdecken sind für herbstliche Temperaturen sehr dünn. Auch die Couch und einige Möbel, wie der Korbsessel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und etwas kaputt.

Jeden z najlepszych apartamentów w jakich byłem do tej pory,aby wszystkie takie były na Booking-u i by było super. Apartament pierwsza klasa,wyposażenie,jakość,lokalizacja,garaż(trochę ciasny ale jak się potrafi to i samochodem klasy Mondeo da się wjechać bez problemu),czystość i oczywiście kontakt bez problemowy. Polecam w 1000% ja na pewno jeszcze wrócę do tego apartamentu.
