Overall a great place to stay for a group in Zadar. The location was a little out from the closest shops etc but far out enough to be private, which is what we wanted from a villa. Pool was of decent size and plenty of outdoor seating for al fresco lunches and dinners, and had a play area for kids. Plenty of space for parking also.
The showers were poor, no hot water in any of the showers and the water was not strong enough. The outdoor shower was the best one but naturally, there is no privacy with that. No toaster for bread or microwave which would've came in handy. No indoor stairs connecting downstairs to upstairs was an odd arrangement.
