If you’re reading reviews wondering if you should book this place - do it!

Truly one of the best places we ever stayed in! Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. We stayed in the An apartment (with two bedrooms) - it was absolutely spotless clean, smelled super nice and it included things we didn’t even think we needed (loooots of towels, toiletries, beach mats, bathrobes, slippers 🤯, all the kitchen utensils you can think of). It is not in the city centre but you can get there with an Uber for 5€. Karlo, the owner, and his family live upstairs and are available whenever you need them, they are all super nice people! There’s also a cute kitty Nala that you might be able to see around if you’re lucky. The hot tub is on the rooftop two floors above and is completely for your private use, also very very clean. There’s even a small fridge on the rooftop terrace and a speaker you can put in the water. Very often it is the smallest details that make your stay and there were plenty of those here! We will definitely be back.

The host was very friendly kindly explaining everything we asked for, app was very modern with new appliances, huge rooms and balcony. Available lots of clean towels and bathrobes. The view from the rooftop was amazing, jacuzzi was very clean and it was a wonderful experience!

For a Perfect Trip to zadar and the Islands around Zadar, Book this apartement!

We were in the apartment for a week at the end of July 2023 with a group of four people. The vacation was perfect from start to finish. The equipment of the apartment looks as good in real as in the pictures, everything is completely new and the kitchen equipment was completely unused. The roof terrace with the jacuzzi is definitely one of the highlights of the apartment, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Depending on the temperature set, the jacuzzi serves as a soothing refreshment or in the evening for a longer stay with a few beers. In addition to the beautiful apartment, the landlord Karlo also helped to make the stay even better. In addition to a towel service, we received vouchers for his restaurant in the old town of Zadar (Definitely a recommendation to eat there!). After a walk of about 2.5km you are directly in the old town where you can eat well or go partying. A few hundred meters from the apartment is a huge public sports park in which every imaginable sport can be practiced. Several beaches are nearby and Supermarkets are also easy to get to. All in all 100% recommendation

Nothing we did not like! A possible Upgrade might be a private Grill on the terrace or the rooftop.

Nahe am perfekten Urlaub

Es war alles perfekt. Es war super sauber. Die Einrichtung und deko waren top. Es war alles in der Wohnung was man braucht wirklich alles. Die Betten wie auch die Couch sind bequem. Das Bad modern und sehr schön. Carlo und seine Frau wohnen mit im Haus. Sind wie gute Geister. Wenn man sie nicht braucht sieht und hőrt man nix. Und wenn doch sind sie freundlichst zur Stelle. Highlight is natürlich die dachterrasse mit Whirlpool, Liegen, Sitzecke und Kühlschrank. Sogar ne wasserdichte Bluetoothbox liegt bereit. Man kann ihn den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht benutzen und is ungestört. Die Lage is etwas außerhalb vom schuß dadurch wirklich ruhig nachts und morgens. Und mit nem uber is man in 3 min in der Altstadt. Ich könnte ewig so weiter machen. Es war wirklich nah an nem perfekt Urlaub. Wenn wir nochmal nach zadar kommen dann nur hierher.

- vsetko bolo velmi ciste - vybavenie kuchyne, pracka, zehlicka, zupany,...

- z apartmanu nevyjdete priamo ku virivke, ale musite chodit 2 poschodia hore. Nie je to nikde uvedene. - toto ubytovanie sme si vybrali len preto lebo hlasili, ze bude prsat, a tak sme chceli pocas zleho pocasia travit cas pod strechou vo virivke. Ale miesto klasickeho zastresenia je nad virivkou len nieco ako latka cez ktoru normalne prsi. Cize vas chrani len pred slnkom - taktiez necitite sukromie na streche s virivkou lebo hned oproti su byty a je na vas odvsadial vidno. - najhorsia postel na akej sme kedy spali. Este 2 tyzden po pobyte mame obaja problemy s bolestou chrbta. - hostitel bol neprijemny. Ocividne sa snazil len na zaciatku ked ubytovanie este nemali ziadne hodnotenia.

Apartament w 100 % spełnił Nasze oczekiwania,w pełni wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy: naczynia, przybory kuchenne,garnki do gotowania, duży zapas ręczników,papieru toaletowego ( dwóch ostatnich rzeczy zawyczaj jest za mało), dodatkowo klapki,szlafroki,płyn do prania. Naprawdę godny polecenia Apartament.

Ontzettend gastvrij ontvangst, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken zeer compleet, inclusief kruiden, olie, etc. De spa is een genot. Appartement was smetteloos schoon. Kunnen het van harte aanraden!

Wunderschöner Ort für ruhe und Zweisamkeit

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man braucht, genügend Pflegeprodukte, Handtücher, Bademantel, Badelatschen usw. Was man auch hervorheben muss, ist die Sauberkeit, es ist überaus ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind wie man sich es wünscht, antworten schnell, sind freundlich und super hilfsbereit, hierzu ein großes lob! Und dieser Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse ist ein absoluter Traum. Was mir da besonders gut gefallen, hat dass man seinen eigenen Bereich hatte und völlig ungestört war.

Man ist etwas abseits, was zur folge hat, dass man Taxi, Uber, Bus oder eben auf ein eigenes Auto angewiesen ist. Man kommt aber mit Uber sehr günstig in die Stadt (ca. 3-5€ pro Fahrt). Dadurch dass es abgelegen ist, hat man aber auch seine Ruhe :) Ein kleiner Supermarkt gibt es auch in der nähe (ca, 100m), dadurch hat man alles was man braucht.
