Matea was an exceptional host. She always responded to our questions very quickly, professionally and in a genuinely helpful manner. What impressed us most was that she did not simply react to our requests — she anticipated our needs and took the initiative to make our stay even more comfortable. For example, when I only asked whether it was possible to rent a beach umbrella nearby, she immediately offered to leave one for us to use. She certainly did not have to do that, but it was incredibly helpful and saved us from having to buy one. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well prepared for our arrival. The highlight was undoubtedly the fantastic terrace with the private jacuzzi. It offers a beautiful view of the sea, while the wooded area in front of the property creates a wonderful sense of privacy. You can relax there peacefully without feeling overlooked or having people constantly around you. It was such a comfortable and enjoyable space that sometimes we did not even feel like leaving the apartment. The location was also excellent. The apartment is close to a shopping centre and within easy reach of the city centre. At the same time, it is a great base for exploring the area and visiting different beaches around Zadar. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Matea’s hospitality, attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zadar and would be very happy to stay here again one day.

Świetny apartament! Duży przestronny czysty pachnący. Niczego w nim nie brakowało. Łóżka ogromne i super wygodne. Prywatny taras na dachu to było coś pięknego. Przy tak urządzonym tarasie w ogóle nie myśleliśmy o wyjściu na gorącą zatłoczoną plażę, jakuzzi w zupełności nam wystarczało. Dziękujemy za wszystko Pozdrawiamy

Es war wirklich wunderschön, super sauber und man hat gerne Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Personal hat immer super schnell auf Nachrichten und Fragen geantwortet und war super freundlich. Es war wirklich alles an Ausstattung da, was man braucht.
